- Mother sets up blind date for daughter with a guy that ruined her birthday twenty years ago by breaking a precious gift. She grudgingly goes on the blind date, only to find out he does not recognize her and he tries to leave. He tries to make up for it by offering to pay for the meal. Pissed, she charges money on his credit card of over $500 for the dinner, and has the dinner sent to her home. He refuses to let her get away with this and asks her for money back, but she does not agree. He leaves a bill at her home and she marches to his office to try to talk to him. She also lies to tell her mom the date went well. She is not allowed to speak to the manager at the company because of an awful receptionist who has a thing for the guy, and uses the intercom to announce that his future fiancee is downstairs waiting….
